Tatha is the first release in our Aurum Series - a series of golden sours blended from our barrel and foeder collection to highlight the best of our house.
Tatha was conditioned on tay berries and bay leaves, resulting in a delicate funk and acidity, complimented by a savoury berry character.
This limited release is now available at our house and online (and don’t forget we’re doing free delivery across the North Shore and Vancouver until April 17th!).
