Our lightest and most refreshing cold brew yet - our Sparkling House Cold Brew is BACK for the season! The first batch is a washed Ethiopian, with a peachy start and chocolatey after taste. Perfect to crush on a sunny day.
How it's made with our brewing equipment to bring you the freshest cold brew possible every time:
〜 Replicate a giant pour over in our mash tun
〜 Cool the coffee down rapidly using our heat exchanger
〜 Condition and carbonate it in one of our brite tanks overnight
〜 Can in-house
