Shipping policy

DELIVERY, SHIPPING & PICK-UP POLICY 

Our FREE local delivery is available to orders over $50 to anyone located on the North Shore and in Vancouver proper. All orders under $50 will have a $8 delivery fee.

Delivery Schedule:

  • West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver proper: Tuesday & Friday (order must be placed by noon Monday & Thursday)

Our delivery driver will call the number provided in our checkout prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to receive your order. If no one is at home to receive the order, we will attempt to deliver again on the next delivery day. If after two attempts we cannot deliver the order, it will be held at House of Funk Brewing Co. (101-350 Esplanade E, North Vancouver, BC V7L 1A4) to be picked up by the purchaser. Orders which have exceeded two failed deliveries will not be refunded.

Two pieces of ID will be required by someone over 19 years of age to receive the package.

PICK UP:  You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. 

CANADA POST SHIPPING POLICY

We ship out parcels weekly.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when your order has been processed. House of Funk is not responsible for delays in your package delivery. If you have any concerns with your delivery, or need to change delivery arrangements, please first contact Canada Post with your tracking number before contacting House of Funk, or check the status of your delivery using your tracking number at https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en.


REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If your order was damaged along the way, please reach out to orders@houseoffunkbrewing.com so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
