Reminds us of Papaya and Tangerines

When choosing coffees this round, this coffee really jumped out as a star. Nothing is more exciting in a coffee than being able to pick out subtle flavour notes every time you go back. This coffee shines right away with Meyer Lemon and Papaya. As it cools you get this fresh tangerine and Dark Chocolate notes.

Usually here at House of Funk we enjoy tasting the coffee and sorting out the name. This time Sergio and Jose had named it before it got to us. If they are trying to tell us they are working hard to break "Through The Glass Ceiling" who are we to argue.
